The car buying experince is not one that I enjoy. It consumes a lot of my time and usually pretty boring. At this dealership they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and are more than s It consumes a lot of my time and usually pretty boring. Greg along with the entire front of the dealership were great. Greg made us feel welcome and definitely made the visit pleasant. On the day of the purchase it seemed to take forever to finalize the paperwork and get us on our way. I felt they were understaffed in whatever departments had to approve the final sale. They need to work on that I do not believe it should take 2 hours to complete a sale. I sense the paperwork caused this? Audi needs to work on speeding up the final purchase process. Mayhbe we just purchased the vehicle on an unusually busy day? Overall I would buy another vehicle from this dealershop if needed. More
