I was in Audi with my car hydro locked and the staff was super co-operative. I was attended by BJ. He helped me with everything he could. I brought my Q5 in late Thursday because my air conditioner wasn’t working. Brandon was exceptional in getting my service completed the next day day so I could go to KC on Saturday to my granddaugh conditioner wasn’t working. Brandon was exceptional in getting my service completed the next day day so I could go to KC on Saturday to my granddaughters recital. Excellent experience from beginning to end! Worked with Joe Oehm for sales. Joe was so great and very patient with me, after going back and forth between several brands. We took multiple test drives and Joe Oehm for sales. Joe was so great and very patient with me, after going back and forth between several brands. We took multiple test drives and each time was quick and easy. It was nice having the freedom to not be accompanied during the test drives. A couple were for several hours and that was no problem! We also worked with Jason and Mike closer to purchase. Everyone we worked with and or met were outstanding to us. We toured the service area and met a couple of the service employees. The service area was immaculate. It definitely looked somewhere I would feel comfortable having my vehicle serviced. We absolutely would look forward to working with Joe again!
