Audi Jacksonville had a car on their lot in which I was interested, but I was almost 4 hours away in a different state. Trying to buy a car by email and telephone is not the same as walking onto the lot. Even when I did not buy from this dealership (nothing to do with the car or the dealership ... just logistics) Ashleigh continued to communicate and give me sage advice. When I look for my next car, Audi Jacksonville will be on my list. Even without making a sale they worked hard and communicated promptly to win my trust. Worst experience ever. I gave the rating I did because my experience with Audi Jacksonville was a nightmare. The managers and sales people I dealt with to buy a 90k vehicle I gave the rating I did because my experience with Audi Jacksonville was a nightmare. The managers and sales people I dealt with to buy a 90k vehicle and have it shipped to another state was absolute chaos. The purchase almost didn't happen and when I wired all the money and the car was finally shipped it came stripped down and with no documents where I could actually legally drive the vehicle. When i got into the rover for the first time the gas light was on and it had 21 miles to empty and no floor mats. Yes i did buy it used but a $90,000 rover with 5000 miles on it with no floor mats and missing a back seat insert. The spare tire has been out for some reason? I called and called and when Roger finally called me back I was told that the mats and insert that were missing he would reimburse me as I had bought the missing items. I posted a review on yelp and I was called today and told that unless I took my review down I was not going to be reimbursed for the items I had previously been told would be. Is this black mail? I also was told this rover was perfect condition. It has a rip in the leather, i had to get the rover professional buffed out already due to all the scratches and swirls in the paint. I deep scratch on the passenger side door that they tried to cover up. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I will also be contacting the BBB. More
