When we weren’t taking all the stuff he was trying to sell us he decided to pull back on some free offers. Attitude towards customers needs improvement. Lucky I didn’t just walk out and go somewhere else but the salesman was so nice and accommodating I didn’t want him to lose the sale.

Are you interested in buying back this lemon? Less than 50K miles and this thing is nothing but trouble. Bought your $5K extended warranty that covers nothing. Can I get a refund on that? I’m listening.
