Amazing Experience!!! I recently moved from Vegas to Orange County and after the move I flew out to Jacksonville to visit some family. With the move I figured it was time to start fresh with not only a new home but a new car. Before I left I sold my Lexus which was sold faster than anticipated but I knew I could get by without a car for a while until deciding what I’d get next. I figured I’d start exploring my options since I had some free time during my visit so I stopped by Mercedes and test drove the new CLA and E350 which was nice but I had to look around some more. I stopped at Acura to check out the TL because I’ve always been curious and it was definitely flashy with all the bright console lights but it wasn’t as exciting to drive like I had hoped. On my way home I passed by Audi Jacksonville and figured I’d stop in real quick. When I walked in I was greeted by Alex who asked if there was anything he could help me with. I explained my situation and he asked what I was looking for and what the most important aspects of a vehicle was for me. At that time I didn’t really know much about Audi’s but Alex gave me a high level overview of all the different classes and their offerings. I made him aware that I lived in CA but wanted to start looking around so that I didn’t have to do it once I got home. I test drove the A4 and A6 and both were beautiful. I felt like I was getting all the best features Lexus, Mercedes, and Acura had to offer but all in one and with the added bonus of driving a car that was super-fast and a lot of fun to drive. I was so impressed with the service Alex provided and at no point in time did I ever feel pressured or like I was inconveniencing him. After spending a couple hours at the dealership, I went home and had a lot to think about. I knew I wanted the Audi but I needed to think about which one I wanted and honestly, I wanted it right then and there. Lol After thinking it through more, I started going through my options and seeing what was even possible at that time. I had booked my flight home in a week but luckily because I have status on the airline I was able to cancel my flight and get the credit on my account. I knew I had found exactly what I had wanted and I was so impressed with Alex’s professionalism, demeanor, and not only his knowledge of the cars but how he communicated it in a way that I could understand. I called Alex two days later and asked if I could come in later that day. I remember that he mentioned it was his day off that day but that if I needed anything to not hesitate to reach out to him. I felt bad calling him but with zero hesitation, he said he’d meet me at the dealership at my convenience. We met that afternoon and I explained that after much thought I wanted to go with the A4 and I was planning on finally taking that cross country road trip I’ve always wanted to take. Alex took all my information, completed the paperwork, coordinated the meeting with the finance manager and I was suddenly the owner to my very first Audi!!! This wasn’t my first car purchase but this was definitely my first time having such a positive car shopping experience. I highly recommend Alex to anyone but if you don’t want to drive your car cross country, I understand J Although I think Alex would have found a solution for that too! More
Very Bad Experience Beware Beware Beware!!! This place is one scam after another. I purchased my Audi A4 Convertible from this dealership in 2010. I noticed a rumbling no Beware Beware Beware!!! This place is one scam after another. I purchased my Audi A4 Convertible from this dealership in 2010. I noticed a rumbling noise in November 2012 so brought the vehicle in for repairs. I was told it was an alternator pulley and paid a lot to have it fixed. I noticed the noise was still there when i pulled out. I brought it back one year later because the noise was getting worse. I was told it was a crankcase ventilation valve and paid a lot to have it fixed. I again noticed the noise was not even slightly better when i pulled out. I was so sick of paying and not getting anything for it i decided to go to another dealership - DBMW in Jax beach. Within 30 minutes (and only $75 charge) they told me that my transmission was busted and needed to be replaced. They also informed me that there was "a class action lawsuit for the model and make of my vehicle." I had an attorney to look into it and found that my car was impacted by this class action lawsuit and i was entitled to have the transmission fixed or replaced at no charge up to 100,000 miles. Guess what? I was at 100,200 miles. But I was well below 100,000 miles back in 2012 and 2013 when i first brought the car in. I had my attorney draft a letter asking the dealership to acknowledge that the issue was pre-existing prior to the mileage. However the dealership refused and asked to have another look at the vehicle. I returned with my attorney and DBMW's diagnostic report showing that the transmission was non-functional. They agreed to review free of charge. Once my attorney left and my car was finished they informed me that my transmission was "busted" No Kidding - and i was charged $400 for the diagnostic charge (and charged my credit card without my permission). Please Please Please watch out for this place. They charge for repairs that are not needed and hide issues to lapse on manufacturer warranties. I finally gave up on having any resolution and was able to trade the vehicle in for a new car at a significantly lower value due to the transmission. More
How a Car Buying Experience Should Be I recently purchased a used Honda Accord from Audi Jacksonville located on Blanding Blvd. I had found the vehicle I purchased on the Kelly Blue Book w I recently purchased a used Honda Accord from Audi Jacksonville located on Blanding Blvd. I had found the vehicle I purchased on the Kelly Blue Book website listed as on of the few available cars being sold at a fair market value. This peeked my interest, and I made the trip to Audi Jacksonville to test drive the vehicle. When I arrived I was directed by another employee to Mr. Alex Fajardo. This is correct, one salesman directed myself to another, there was a definite team developed here, and I did not feel I was being harassed by competing salesman. The next unusual aspect was the genuine friendliness of the employees and the overall atmosphere. I was made to feel my own concerns and well being were of utmost importance while I was waiting. I could probably identify at least 10 different individuals who has offered me water, soda or other comforts while I was waiting. The most impressive point would be Alex Fajardo himself. Alex maintained a professional, but friendly attitude at all times, and I was comfortable working with him, without feeling pressured. As I had stated, I was there to purchase a Honda Accord, a vehicle that is not normally carried at an Audi dealership. This made it surprising for the knowledge Alex had on this vehicle, and it was completely loaded with every available feature. Alex was able to show me each feature with out fumbling around, looking for controls,(something I am still doing, and I have had the car for a few weeks now). Following the test drive, I had explained I would be shopping around prior to making a decision. Again I was not pressured, but was given his card, phone number and email. It only took visiting a actual Honda dealership to understand the difference in the two dealerships. Audi's service was superior, as was the price of the vehicle. I will not list the price I purchased this vehicle for, but I will say jaws drop when I tell friends. My decision was made, and I contacted Alex that I would like to purchase this vehicle. An appointment was made, and I was able to begin the process to complete this transaction. There was an issue with the stereo, and instead of their service department working on an aftermarket setup, Audi Jacksonville made an appointment, and paid for service on the sound system with a professional Sound Specialist, who completed the job in a timely manner as well. The final step of my process was with Woody O'Cain, the Finance Manager. Woody was also polite and professional, and kept myself informed through out the process. One thing I was impressed with during this process was, the contract was negotiated, and discussed prior to being placed in front of myself. There was not a single new charge that I had not been informed of prior to the contract printing. I have never had such a relaxing experience purchasing a vehicle. It was actually enjoyable. I am positive my next future purchase will be a new Audi, and I will be purchasing at Audi Jacksonville. One of the best, if not the best dealership in Jacksonville. More

From the initial phone call to when I pic I thoroughly enjoyed my recent experience with Audi Jacksonville and the service I recieved from Ivy Meyer. From the initial phone call to when I picked up my car, I was made to feel like I mattered Every effort to make me feel valued was made. She provided incredible customer service. Although I did not see the service department, I am very happy with the way my Audi is working and the work performed. Ed Allen was very patient with me. I picked out the A 6 at the Auto Show, and he could tell that it wasn't what I really wanted. The first day, I drove four cars, and he, and I knew that I wanted the A 5. at the Auto Show, and he could tell that it wasn't what I really wanted. Spencer Bridges provided me with options that I hadn't originally considered but that fit the criteria I was looking for. Spencer was professional and helpful, which ended in a good deal for both of us. Woody O'Cain is very knowledgeable and friendly. Woody made the paperwork aspect of our purchase very smooth and easy. I have worked with Mike Kennedy several times for service related appointments. Mike has provided exceptional service and follow through before, during, and after the appointments. I look forward to a long relationship with the AudiJax dealership and team members. More
