One of their manager named joe nowlin at audi owingmills is mean and rude. He’s very dismissive and hostile when we were in a short 3 mins conversation. He said he wont get me any further pricing documents is mean and rude. He’s very dismissive and hostile when we were in a short 3 mins conversation. He said he wont get me any further pricing documents after i said i was looking at a certain 13% of discount. When i rejected his price, he immediately took the paper i wrote my calculation back and left. So i just thank my salesperson and left. And here’re the ridiculous part. The night after i left, he sent me sarcastic email asking did he gave me all info so now i can “make an educated buying decisions” implying that i’m under educated? He purposely picked the word “educated”. Is this the right way talking to customers after they rejected your price? You think you are good at educating your customers? as sales manager even you cannot make the deal, you should not be angry at your customers and you should not expect your customer’s taking whatever numbers you are giving to them. And should not showed a buy-my-numbers or get-out attitude to customers. A 12-13% discount is very common across different audi models. Especially for a VIN-aging, out-dating generation of audi a6. You cannot match it doesn’t means other people cannot do it. and you should not judge your customers based on the discount they ask. Again, even if you know you cannot do it, you should still at least respecting other people. And you should not humiliate your customers in emails implying they are not educated. This is very disrespectful and rude. More
