Best buying experience in 35 years! I live near this dealership but have NEVER had luck shopping in my area, until now.. I reached out via internet and set up an appt. to test drive a Q5. I was greeted and within 5 minutes Scott Staley had me out on the road for a drive. He went over the vehicle, shared safety features, lights wipers etc. We returned and Scott said he'd send me some information about vehicles I was interested. I am in sales and I don't like to be sold. Scott was professional and efficient. I visited again on Saturday and again Scott was pleasant and helpful. I wasn't quite ready but close. Scott thanked me and followed up again to see what he could do to earn my business. He came through and had some offers. I came back Monday expecting the 'offer' to change or to be thrown a curveball. NOPE.. the deal was as agreed and even better. We quickly got through his part of the sale and then I met with the sales manager, Robert Williams. He was as pleasant, thorough and equally efficient. I was in and out with my new car in less than an hour! The showroom is bright, open and the staff all friendly. This will be the first place I come back to when ready to buy our next car.. which just might be in February! Thank you Scott and Robert! More

Test Drive of Audi Q8 - BUT THEN My spouse and I visited Audi Owings Mills on a Saturday. We had scheduled a test drive and Audi was awaiting us already when we arrived. Audi showroom My spouse and I visited Audi Owings Mills on a Saturday. We had scheduled a test drive and Audi was awaiting us already when we arrived. Audi showroom and atmosphere are very pleasant and staff is very friendly and professional. Audi Q8 was ready to go, our diver´s licenses got scanned and after 20 minutes we were on the road. Driving experience has been fantastic, really awesome car, we loved it. Nancy Hughes was our sales person and Nancy was a pleasure to work with. Nancy started explaining things and I was also interested in trading-in my existing car, so they took my car for a fast inspection, ran numbers and out of a sudden I had an offer on the table. As mentioned above, I just wanted to do a test drive, however we were convinced immediately by the car and Nancy did a perfect job making us feel welcome, plus her professional attitude and accommodating around our needs. She is 100% fun to work with. In fact Nancy did such a fantastic job that we couldn´t do anything else than buying the car on the spot. This Saturday turned into a big surprise for me and my spouse and eventually we took the right decision and purchased the car. Nany, many thanks for your great support, we can still not believe that it really happened :) More
