We had an exceptional buying experience here. We went to another local Audi dealership prior to going to the Owings Mills dealership, and it was very obvious they didn't want to make the effort We went to another local Audi dealership prior to going to the Owings Mills dealership, and it was very obvious they didn't want to make the effort to work with us to find the car we were interested in. The OM dealership was amazing and on our first visit had located a car we liked and planned for it to be shipped to their location. Unfortunately, that fell through, but they ultimately found us the car we wanted, had it shipped to their dealership, and gave us a fair price. We worked with DuBois who took the time to explain the car in detail before we drove it home, and the buying process was efficient and didn't take an entire day. I would highly recommend this dealership. DuBois was an excellent sales person, and the rest of the people we worked with were nice as professional as well. More
