I will never go back to Audi Oxnard! Purchased a used Audi. I pointed out some issues after we signed. They didn’t clean the vehicle until I signed. We then pointed out items to be fixe Purchased a used Audi. I pointed out some issues after we signed. They didn’t clean the vehicle until I signed. We then pointed out items to be fixed. They wanted me to drive for a week then return so they could log it as warranty, not their derelict service. I disagreed and forced them to fix it then. One item they still failed on was electrical feedback in the phone. They said it was fine no feedback. A strait lie. Took it to another Audi dealership and they identified the issue within 20 minutes. Stay away if all possible! More
