Hello Mr Asllanaj, t seems there was a misunderstanding on your most recent repair, and I would like to clarify a couple of things from that visit. The vehicle came in for an AC concern stating that the AC was not working after having a independent shop performed a Evac and Recharge. We scanned the vehicle and found a fault for the High-Pressure Sensor. The work was approved and would of been covered by your Extended Warranty but when we went to Evacuate your old refrigerant to install the sensor our Machine indicated that the Refrigerant was contaminated. The shop that filled your refrigerant used the wrong type. That is why your sensor broke. We verbally indicated this to you, provided you the fault code this and it is also written on your repair order. We did not charge you the additional 1.5 hours that the technician spent on Discharging the incorrect fluid as best as he could and the initial diagnosis was also not charged to you. You have an extended warranty but chose to go to an independent shop and had the wrong Refrigerant installed. Audi Peabody is NOT responsible for what an outside shop did to your vehicle. I am sorry for the misunderstanding, and we are more than willing to assist you in the future before the vehicle gets taken to an independent shop and has the wrong fluids installed.
