I was in the market for a used small SUV and found 2 Toyota Venzas for sale. The one at Walter's Audi was a year newer and had lower miles so I requested a quote. I drove in and originally felt out of place because the cars here were beautiful and expensive but the moment I stepped into the showroom I was greeted no different than any other customer looking for a much more expensive car. They have taken extra measures to make sure you stay safe during Covid while also making sure you felt comfortable. Josh Rambow was ready to answer any questions and didn't give you the pushy salesman attitude like some other dealerships. Eric Lefever was great at his job even though my preferred lender was slow to respond. Andy did a great job getting our paperwork ready to go quickly. The one thing that really made the experience extra special was other sales people like Chandler McGensy who wasn't part of the sale but still made sure we were comfortable while waiting. This is truly a top notch dealership and I wouldn't hesitate to come back and do business with again. More
