Fantastic experience! I was contacted by Internet Specialist Dennon Whaples after an internet inquiry. The model I was interested in was not currently available but he kept I was contacted by Internet Specialist Dennon Whaples after an internet inquiry. The model I was interested in was not currently available but he kept me informed without bugging or pressure. I arrived at the dealership and saw that everyone had masks on and were keeping a safe distance from each other. Upon entering the lobby, I noticed the showroom, reception, and sales desks were very clean - I felt that the dealership was intent on keeping a safe environment for it's customers & employees. I wasn't sure if I wanted a different model but Dennon was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After test driving the vehicle, he and the sales manager worked relatively quickly to find the best financing, the best incentives, and the best discount buying program ( i.e., Costco, Sam'sClub ). This is not my first purchase at a dealership, but it was probably the easiest. I got a great deal on a beautiful new Audi and am really thrilled! More

Great Experience! My husband and I had a great experience buying a car from Walter's Audi. Even though we got to the office past 8:00pm since we live over an hour and a My husband and I had a great experience buying a car from Walter's Audi. Even though we got to the office past 8:00pm since we live over an hour and a half away. Dealer closes at 9:00pm, however they stated open late and gave us great service. We ended up buying our first Audi and finished past 11:00pm. They answered all our questions and despite being so late, they were very friendly and helpful. Romen Artalejo was the one that helped us purchase our car, but everyone was great!!I highly recommend Walter's Audi. Thanks Romen, I love my new Audi TT!! More
