Prior to my visit to the dealership, I negotiated a great deal via email with Charles Cerda, the Internet Sales Manager. Charles was a pleasure to deal with. He wasn't pushy at any point during my test drive of the car. He have me time to make my own final decision, which I appreciated. Once I decided to go through with my purchase, the car was taken to the detailing department and my car was absolutely beautiful when I finished with the paperwork, and ready to take it home that evening. Charles was very knowledgable about the car, and assisted me with pairing-up my iPhone. Overall, I am very happy with the treatment I received from this dealership. I was able to get a great deal on the car, and everyone I have encountered has been friendly and knowledgable. Charles is a great asset to their dealership, and I'm so glad he was my salesperson! My wife and I recently celebrated our 9 year wedding anniversary and I wanted to surprise her with a new Audi A3 cabriolet. Years ago my wife had an A4 cabriolet and always spoke about how much she missed her Audi. Well with a tight time line I began my research and emailed back and forth with Brett. Brett did a great job by responding quickly and not pressuring me into the lease. The time finally came for me to go into the dealer without being discovered, again with a tight timeline Brett did his very best to give me the best deal I could get and we came up with a number that worked for both of us. The entire staff at Walters quickly prepared the documents and got me out the door before my wife arrived home. Now here is where Brett went above and beyond! I asked Brett to deliver the car while we were at our local cross fit gym at a certain time frame. Not only did Brett willingly deliver the car on time but he went out of his way to track down a beautiful bow and placed it on the car for a really special surprise. My wife was amazed beyond words and felt very special that Walters Audi, more specific Brett did so much to make our celebration of marriage so special. Todd failed to mention the $85.00 deductible attached to our factory warranty and then in a week or two we realized the 4 cylinder A5 2.0 quatro premium received between 14 and 15mpg. Which equated to a 25% reduction in fuel economy under advertised MPG. We get less than 300 miles in our 16.9 gallon tank. That's not good. Within the 3rd week our check engine light turned on. We lost a lot of money on this lemon and we are not happy. Service told us nothing was wrong with the car. We feel the 360 point inspection was bullcrap. Peace of mind is crushed and we are def. going to take a hit on this purchase. More
