These guys are awesome. Brian met at the door with a big smile and asked how he can help. In less than 10 min he had a list with all the used Q5 I am interested in. The manager came and said hi and asked if I need anything. We went out to see the cars and I test drive the one I liked. We went back in and discussed my trade in. The deal could of been done that day but I preferred to come back the next day to close it. Anyhow, my experience was nice and smooth. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they could of gave me a better deal on my trade in and they could of decrease the price of the preowned vehicle I purchased but they didn’t and I didn’t have time to negotiate more. We recently leased an Audi Q5 from Walter's Audi. They are located in Riverside while we live in Huntington Beach. We went to them because they appeared to have the best deal of the regional Audi dealers are located in Riverside while we live in Huntington Beach. Our salesperson was Ryan Gonzalez who not only walked my wife through the sales process and negotiated a great deal for us, but then he went aboveboard and drove the car to us at 9 pm that night! It was a long trek for him and a late night but he was determined to get us our car asap! Ryan is an engaging young man with a great personality that made leasing a car from him a pleasure. And Andy Bartoli in Finance also very efficiently walked us through the finance process, which usually takes "hours" at other dealerships. Overall we were highly pleased with the process at Walter's Audi and especially of Ryan's attention to our needs. Well done! More
