Awful service with a scam Awful. In 3 years i have never had my vehicle ready on time once. Routinely audi will lie to your face on the status of your car and the only true way Awful. If you leave your car for service, they wont even begin the service until you arrive to pick it back up. They will then lie and say its almost done, minor last details. Every. Single. Appointment. I have left my car here for 2 days, to show up when THEY TOLD ME, to find my car not even started work. Ridiculous service that will push you to leave audi for any other brand. Worst service i have ever encountered from a dealership. And thats not to mention how they do not even fix all the issues. I brought my vehicle in last time to have 3 areas serviced, when i showed up, all they thought they were doing was an oil change, and i had to come back and leave my vehicle again, pay more, waste more of my own time just so the original issues can be dealt with.
