The customer service was unmatched, and my Fiance and I never once felt like we were pressured into anything we didn't want to do. We were given advice and mentored throughout the entire process, in our first big purchase, never once feeling overwhelmed, taken advantage of, or unheard. Our salesman Bill Dameri was helpful through the entire process, he responded to my emails and texts, even before they officially were open. He went above and beyond for us, and made this a very positive experience. From our test drive all the way to driving home in our new Car (but first Inn in out burger), Bill provided Excellent service, and even insisted on providing further service after point of sale. We truly feel like valued costumers, and the idea of coming back for our yearly servicing is a positive feeling. Steve Armstrong who helped finalize our sale was incredibly helpful, and made understanding the Warranty and different options available simple and insightful. We could tell he genuinely wanted to help us. We don't plan on buying a car again anytime soon, but when we do, we are going with Audi Rocklin, you won't regret it either, go to this Dealership. There was never a discussion re: best internet price for the various vehicles. They just want you there to try to sell you the car at the highest price. They then call you and tell you that they will take thousands off the MRSP. It is such as poor experience that I would rather pay more at a honest dealership More

Test drive Our car had issues from day 1. Check engine light came on at 51 miles, they told us to drive it for the week because they couldn’t get us in for an Our car had issues from day 1. They changed the cam , that’s it. Car never ran right . Last time we dropped it off cindy told us it would be in the shop a FEW days and a 200 mile test drive.. And the GM Luke confirmed.. 11 days later and OVER 600 miles they drove it ... we got it back unwashed , and seemed like it was smoked in because a film is now all over our windshield and cigarette lighter is now used...and they claim to have found nothing wrong AGAIN.... unreal.. dealing with the BBB now because they won’t even return our calls now... been in the shop over 20 days first 6 months and audi rocklin always finds nothing wrong... I think they lie on their paperwork for some reason ... More
