They Even Give "Used Car Salesmen" A Bad Name I'd steer clear of this dealership. I sold them my Audi R8 nearly two months ago and have yet to receive a check. They apparently waited nearly a mont I'd steer clear of this dealership. I sold them my Audi R8 nearly two months ago and have yet to receive a check. They apparently waited nearly a month to pay off my loan with the bank (I guess it's up to me to finance their dealership) and have claimed that they can't release a check until they receive the title. I spoke with my bank and they confirmed that the title was released to Santa Monica Audi weeks ago. Despite numerous calls, I get the same response every time which is that they need to check with the business office. They are either incompetent or crooks but, either way, it's not worth it to do business with any company that treats customers the way they have treated me over the past two months. I am a past customer of Santa Monica Audi and was about to purchase a Q7 or A7 but will certainly find another dealership. We've all heard of the "used car salesman" but they actually give used car salesmen a bad name. In a word.... Dirtbags. More

Best experience ever I really wanted a new Audi but was dreading the prospect of having to deal with a car dealer- I assumed it would mean the usual 6 hours of haggling an I really wanted a new Audi but was dreading the prospect of having to deal with a car dealer- I assumed it would mean the usual 6 hours of haggling and yelling and deception and not actually getting the car I wanted, but I'm so happy to say my experience was the complete opposite! I worked with Carlos in sales and I was done in 1.5 hours. I left with the perfect car at a great price. He was extremely friendly, transparent, knowledgable, and understanding, he genuinely wanted me to find the best car for me. All around amazing experience! More
