Chris Blair was there to guide me through the process. I am very pleased with the service and experience and nothing less than exceptional. Chris Blair is now my trusted sales advisor and exceeding my expectations and delivering on promises. I am someone who is doesn't do change very well. So if you find something that works I stick with it. So when the time came I called McKenna and they said he no longer worked there and couldn't give me any information. Bad experience for both visits I had gone to this dealership , 3 years ago and got a rude sales person. I was upset with the experience that went next door to Lexus and got a car. We drove 100 miles to purchase a vehicle. Financing took forever. They were unable to get final approval, so we agreed they would deliver the vehicle as soon as they receive the final approval the following forever. We kept calling to see what time they would be able to deliver the vehicle; they were unable to give any definite answer. Until they called to inform us that the vehicle has been scratched and would need to be delivered four days later. We cancelled the deal and requested for our down payment. We did not receive our down payment until a week later and numerous phone calls to their financing dept. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!! More

I bought my car here 11 months ago in February. Multiple Issues occurred afterwards. The dealership did not give me license plates and told me they would send it to me.
