Worst experience I've ever had buying a car Worst experience buying a car I have ever had.They sold me a brand new 2017 Q5 with an engine that was broken on transport and then left me to fend f Worst experience buying a car I have ever had.They sold me a brand new 2017 Q5 with an engine that was broken on transport and then left me to fend for myself when I asked to exchange it. I left the car at the dealer (they worked on repairing it) while Audi USA is doing their "review" of the situation. This dealer then bullied me into taking the car back by threatening to bill me for "storing" it! I couldn't believe it. If you buy from this dealer just know that once they get their commission they won't care about you as a customer anymore. More
