I was met at the door by Cody who was very courteous and patient with us. He had shown us around and explained everything clearly to me. He was very knowledgeable about the EV I was interested and explained patient with us. He had shown us around and explained everything clearly to me. We were shopping Genisis, Cadillac, and Audi. We had an 11 year old Caddy and it didn't seem like the new ones had changed very much in all that time. The Genisis G80 is a nice car and the quoted price was much less than the Audi A6. If price had been the only consideration, it would have been the choice. But then we drove the two cars back to back -- the difference was like night and day with Audi so far superior that it was no contest. The same can be said of the staff at the two dealerships. Audi's was professional and helpful. Genesis's was a pain in the neck with multiple solicitations after I had done some on-line research of the cars. This is my first Audi but I have had several Mercedes and BMWs over the years. I knew I wasn't going back to them. I guess I'm just a slow learner but better an Audi buyer late than never! I worked mostly with JB and cannot say enough good things about the experience. He made buying a car a pleasure as opposed to feeling like you have just run a Marathon. More
