I was met at the door by Cody who was very courteous and patient with us. He had shown us around and explained everything clearly to me. He was very knowledgeable about the EV I was interested and explained patient with us. He had shown us around and explained everything clearly to me. We ended up trading in our old vehicle and driving away that afternoon with our new vehicle on a Sunday with no issues. Everything went smooth. Jeff was another employee and expert on setting everything up technically for us and even stopped by our residence when I couldn't figure out how to use our charger.
