Wipers I am absolutely disgusted!!! I bought a brand new 2017 Audi A-3 Quattro a couple of months ago. The rainy season has hit Florida and I found out that I am absolutely disgusted!!! I bought a brand new 2017 Audi A-3 Quattro a couple of months ago. The rainy season has hit Florida and I found out that my wipers were defective the first time I used them. I called the dealership hoping to get them replaced for free under my warranty and was told it would cost me "$65". Now I could understand if this was a used car, but honestly I'm shocked. It's a factory defect!!! More

Being women 2. Looking as if we couldn't afford an Audi. Our salesman did what he could to get us out of the dealership ASAP. He would not even entertain negotiationing with us saying, we don't negotiate these cars. I left furious about the treatment I received. At that point I called and dealt with the used car manager exclusively. Together we negotiated a deal. When I went to pay for the car I was told,"we are too busy now you will have to come back." I was in shock! I explained that I was in Florida on vacation and did not want to further inconvenience my sister. Obviously, they didn't care! When I went back the next day my finance person was boarder line rude. Even having the car shipped to my home was an issue. I left with the expectation that my car would be shipped the next day. When I called the carrier I was told it did not get shipped because the dealership changed it's mind about allowing pick up after hours. It would have been professional of them to call me directly so that I could have made plans to be available to the carrier. I now had to reschedule pick up and delivery at a higher cost. In the future I will stay with BMW because they do not care what I wear or that I am a women. More

I could write a book Anyone considering buying and having their car serviced from Audi Sun coast in Sarasota should avoid this dealer like the plague. I could write a book on my challenging experiences with this dealership beginning with when I first picked up my new Audi. The forgot to detail the car so I had to take it back. Then when I picked it up they gouged the back panels of the car with swirl marks. So I took it back and then they made additional scratches that forced me to have the car repainted. Since the location sends all of the painting jobs to the Cadillac dealer I had make a separate appointment with Sun coast Cadillac who did the most sloppy job of painting that I have ever seen. Not only did they scratch the door panel that was fine when I dropped it off but they had overspray all of the car which was seen with hard line tape marks on the panels and trunk. They had to repaint the car and I still have overspray on the rear window. With a high end dealer I expect so much more as I have had better service from a used car lot. More
