I am exceptionally pleased with all my dealings with McGovern Audi, both sales and service. I brought my Q5 in for multiple erroneous warning messages and was informed by David that there was a program McGovern Audi, both sales and service. I brought my Q5 in for multiple erroneous warning messages and was informed by David that there was a programming update that needed to be performed. I was provided a loaner vehicle and left the vehicle. David called and informed me that the update was completed but needed another update to resolved my issues. With the second update completed, David called to inform me that the car was all set and ready for pickup. I met David in the drive thru and we reviewed the paperwork and explained everything that was done.
