Mike was fantastic to deal with. I buy a lot of cars and am very familiar with the whole process. Salespeople that know the cars, know the options, know the inventory, and act wit I buy a lot of cars and am very familiar with the whole process. Salespeople that know the cars, know the options, know the inventory, and act with integrity are refreshing. Mike is a car guy and could offer insight into all the cars, not just Audis but knew the market in general. I overheard him speaking with another customer that was less familiar with the cars and he recommended she not pay for an option she was unlikely to use. Imagine that? i knew he had integrity and wanted to do the right thing for the client. I love car shopping and was intending to get competitive quotes from other dealers but I knew right then I was going to buy from these guys. Toby in the finance group was likewise competent and transparent. Gave me all the options so I could make informed decisions. I walked into the dealer on a slow Saturday without the intent of buying a car and found myself driving off the lot a week later with exactly the car I wanted for a price that was so competitive that I didn't need to shop it around. If I'm in the market for an Audi, these are my guys from now on. More
