When a minor issue arose, one unique to my situation, John Kennedy, the General Manager got involved to bring it to a quick conclusion. I couldn’t have been treated more respectfully or with more attention than I was at this dealership. I own other cars of brands they sell, and when I will need to replace one of them, it will be with one of the McGovern Group dealerships. More

I’m looking to upgrade to a new luxury SUV, and having Audi, BMW, and Mercedes dealerships right next to each other, this was a great place to start. Within 10 steps of walking in, I was greeted warmly Audi, BMW, and Mercedes dealerships right next to each other, this was a great place to start. Within 10 steps of walking in, I was greeted warmly by Bobby (Strickland?). He pointed me to where the SUVs were displayed and let me check them out at my leisure. When I did have questions, the salesperson nearby attentively answered all of them. They set the bar high for all luxury dealerships, so I was shocked when I went next door to their sister dealership, BMW (McGovern) and unaffiliated dealership Mercedes (Wagner). No one acknowledged my existence at either BMW or Mercedes even though the employees were not with customers. I roamed around the showrooms for 15 minutes each without ever interacting with anyone. Based on this experience, it was easy to narrow my choice down to Audi mainly because of Bobby’s initial greeting! If I’m going to spend up to $85K, I rather buy from a dealer that appreciated my business! I’ll be returning to buy once I finally decide between the Q7 or the Q8. More

Very dishonest dealership When I traded in my leased 2016 A7 for a new 2019 A7, Mr. Sarkis, the manager, agreed to pay off all the remaining 5 monthly payments of the lease. Th When I traded in my leased 2016 A7 for a new 2019 A7, Mr. Sarkis, the manager, agreed to pay off all the remaining 5 monthly payments of the lease. The dealership initially paid 3 of it and promised to pay the remaining after the final bill comes out. The final bill came about 100 days ago and they refused to pay or do anything about it. They didn't reply my emails, never returned my phone calls. No customer service at all. Now Audi Financial services is going to hire a private collection agency... Have been a loyal Audi customer (5 new Audis in 7 years). Because of this horrible experience, I won't be buying Audi any more, which I am sure they don't care:-) More
