Luke was transparent about the price of my new car and gave me a very reasonable price for my trade in without any of the typical "let me speak with my manager" type of thing. We were able to negotiate a fair price for my new car and my trade in in minutes. Luke was even able to expedite pick up of my new car even though I was buying from out of state and that typically adds some complications to finalizing everything. Overall, I had a great car buying experience and would highly recommend Luke at Audi Shrewsbury!! More
