Improper oil type added to car. Car was given back with 3 quarts oil to low. Paid for fluid top off and fluids were not done. Attitude of Brandon was not welcoming. Price $700 was not worth the service received. This was not indicative of the service I have received from other Audi service centers for my other Audi vehicles. Sent messages and emails and did not receive responses from messaging system for all messages. Did not receive feedback survey as promised from Brandon. Did not receive error code history as promised from Brandon. Forgot to do courtesy wash on first visit. Sat in lobby for hours and was told fluids were being topped off by Brandon yet fluids were not done. More
