Teddy helped me set up and connect my Q3 to the Audi network and seamlessly synced my phone to the car. He even took the time to made sure I could do it too so I could fix it on my own in the future sho network and seamlessly synced my phone to the car. Our service agent was very helpful from the start. We drove over a chunk of metal and it broke through the housing and sliced the coolant hose. The tow truck delivered it and we were contacted first thing the next morning. Within a couple days, we were sent a very thorough video that had our technician describing all the checks done on the vehicle while actually showing us everything. I was impressed. I was similarly impressed by the fact that they did not tell me we needed other work done aside from what we brought it in for. My previous dealer always told us that something else was necessary and the cost would be high. The last compliment I have is that the work was completed 3 days earlier than expected. Best service I’ve had ever. More

Everything went so well. I’ve been on the market for a vehicle and was deciding between a couple other brands. I ended up seeing that Audi offered an FTB program, which would I’ve been on the market for a vehicle and was deciding between a couple other brands. I ended up seeing that Audi offered an FTB program, which would be easier to my credit situation. I inquired about a Q5 SPORT BACK, heard from Johnny Garza the next day, spoke briefly in text, and then hopped on a call. Immediately the conversation flowed well, no pressure to be sold on a vehicle, great communication, and clear understanding for my particular situation. Got everything processed in as little as a day, and got me my car. I will definitely suggest people to come here and work with him, amazing experience, amazing staff. Thank you. More
