Our service agent was very helpful from the start. We drove over a chunk of metal and it broke through the housing and sliced the coolant hose. Within a couple days, we were sent a very thorough video that had our technician describing all the checks done on the vehicle while actually showing us everything. I was impressed. I was similarly impressed by the fact that they did not tell me we needed other work done aside from what we brought it in for. My previous dealer always told us that something else was necessary and the cost would be high. The last compliment I have is that the work was completed 3 days earlier than expected. Best service I’ve had ever. More
