I brought my car in for routine service and tire damage. I was immediately greeted by a staff member and was escorted to the waiting area. Snacks & betverages were offered. I waited a minimal amount of time I was immediately greeted by a staff member and was escorted to the waiting area. Snacks & betverages were offered. I waited a minimal amount of time before I was checked in by Derek. Derek was thorough and quick and I was able to get on with my day. Derek was very informative, sending me text messages throughout the day so I new the status of my maintenance & repair. I had purchased the tire warranty plan and Derek communicated with them to get my tire replaced without cost to me. Since I needed a new tire my car was not completed in one day. Derek continued to text me updates the following day and my car was ready around noon time. When I returned to the dealership to get my car, Derek was very helpful and expedient. He greeted me as soon as I came through the door, reviewed the paperwork and made sure I had no questions. I’m very happy with the service I received at Audi South Orlando and will return for all my future needs. More

I brought my S3 in for a recall along with one other issue. The team did a good job of keeping me informed of the issue and timing. Once I approved the repair I was told my car would be ready the next issue. The team did a good job of keeping me informed of the issue and timing. Once I approved the repair I was told my car would be ready the next day. Then the parts didn't arrive "on the truck" the next day. Which then led to the tech starting on another car which then further delayed the work on my car when the parts arrived the next day. I was out of a car for an entire week. I would've given them 5 stars if it weren't for the delays. More
