I worked with Kory as my service rep, and he was terrific. I had to make some last-minute travel plans during the time I had my service scheduled (service was pretty booked up, so I didn't want to lose my appointment, and I had an oil change due), but the scheduling and service team was very understandable and assisted me with finding a way to make it work. They also checked for and updated me on any sooner availability due to my car being almost overdue for the oil change. I have the service package, so most items were covered in that, but Kory did let me know a few other recommended items and ensured I wanted to move forward with them (they'd be an additional cost) by sharing the type of service and the cost. The service and communication were great, and the dealership was well-kept and clean and had a nice lobby/waiting area if you needed to wait. I also appreciated that they washed the car after service. More

Had car in for servicing and was amazed at the extreme amount of comfort and congeniality on part of service advisor and other staff. I dropped off my spare tire my Friday morning appointment time. My Service Attendant was not around and another attendant helped me. He did not say when the tire would be ready.
