My Audi was in for service pertaining to a recall concerning the connecting rods. The inspection/recall was promptly cleared. The only negative was when picking up my vehicle. After it was washed concerning the connecting rods. The inspection/recall was promptly cleared. The only negative was when picking up my vehicle. After it was washed and really to go, I noticed several "abrasion" marks on the hood. Chris took the vehicle back and the marks were rubbed out. Generally very high marks for the service and dealership, but I wonder how the vehicle could be treated so poorly as to cause marks on the hood. I would have rated five stars except for the paint abrasion marks. More
