Audi South Orlando service department is excellent. Christopher my service advisor was very helpful and communicated the whole time from when my car when in to the time of pickup. 2 years ago under bumper to bumper warranty a new battery was installed at no charge. Now again the battery needs to be replaced. The service department told me that the battery doesn't have any warranty. Ev was installed at no charge. Now again the battery needs to be replaced. The service department told me that the battery doesn't have any warranty. Every battery sold in the USA has an average of 3 years warranty. They try to get away using silly excuses. And at exorbitant price. Audi South just lost a loyal customer. More

I went in for a oil change and recall. They only had morning appointments and I had to be there for three hours. I had work to get done so I initially declined the lyft offer to go elsewhe They only had morning appointments and I had to be there for three hours. I had work to get done so I initially declined the lyft offer to go elsewhere while they worked on my car. BLOT I ended up starved and stranded. I probably will be going to another Audi next time if i want to be more comfortable. Besides that my attendant was very professional. Service ended up costing more than anticipated due to added extras. More
