Hey Torr, thank you, I was interested in leasing either the Q5 or A6, like I wrote in the review, we were standing in the show room for a good 5-10 minutes and not a single person asked us if we needed anything or if we needed help with anything.. We then knocked on Jack's door asking if he had an A7, we didn't like it but asked if we could test drive the A6, his words and I quote..."yeah you can drive it if you are looking to buy" he also had an annoyed look and sounded like he didn't want to be bothered with us as if we were beneath him. Also why would we be there if we weren't interested...we wanted the car but we didn't want to deal with him. A similar incidence happened a couple of years ago as well, I appreciate the response but I do not intend on getting an Audi from your dealership..

We work very hard to maintain a good relationship with our customers and 99 percent of the time we succeed. Obviously this time we did not.
