Greatly disappointed! Having to wait so long for an appointment and not being able to reach anyone on the phone has been difficult over the past year. The customer service is less than desired. I dropped off the car at 7:30 a.m. and said I needed it back by noon. They said they would call and no one got back to me. Finally, around 1:00 p.m. I came and got the car. They apologized for not being responsive. However, I need a new vehicle and it will not be from this dealership because I cannot trust that I will be able to have the car serviced in a timely manner.
