After owning 4 Mercedes Benz and after the terrible customer service at Stevens Creek Mercedes, not to mention the grotesque new re-design of the new Mercedes we decided to look at the Audi’s. Cassandra made our experience wonderful, she was efficient, informative, no pressure and an absolute delight to work with. Marco her assistant test drove the cars with us, he was very informative and helpful and fun to drive with. Both people were an absolute delight to work with. They made the entire process of learning about an Audi and buying an Audi effortless from their quick text responses answering all of our questions with full transparency and honesty. There was nothing hidden from us, everything was up front and delivered as promised. It was the best car buying experience ever. Frank the finance guy was very nice, straight to the point. Just a great experience with everyone. But, the best part, our new Audi is absolutely beautiful and drives very nice. We are so happy with our new car and this time around Mercedes can eat our dust.
