No xx and no need to haggle. Feel we got a great deal. I exchanged a couple of e-mails with Andrei, and what he could offer us seemed promising. We knew pretty much exactly what we wanted (white Q7 without too many bells and whistles), and had shopped around. He indicated that he could match what I was looking for (black Friday special). I came in, we discussed the vehicle, and Andrei finalized the offer. It was quite aggressive, and far better than what I had seen anywhere else. Given that the car we wanted was available and the deal seemed great, we quickly had a deal. Did not care too much about the up-sell effort afterwards in the Finance department, but we managed to minimize the damage there ;-) All in all an easy process, leaving us with the feeling that we have a great car at a great deal. More

The car at Audi was a little bit more money for the same car. I was more comfortable dealing with a reputable dealer so I went there first, took the car for a spin. I knew I wanted it but there was another car for cheaper, salesman was easy going, I told him I’d like to see if there was any room for negotiation, sales manager stepped in, I showed him the add for the other vehicle, he said they like to price their cars competitively and dropped the price on the spot. Finance rolled me out of there within 2 hours from test drive, facility was comfy and clean, staff was friendly and the overall experience was great. I would refer anybody that asked More
