Customer Service is Terrible We came in to look at a new Q7 and the sales member was not very interested in helping us at first. We had to ask to see inside of the car which usual We came in to look at a new Q7 and the sales member was not very interested in helping us at first. We had to ask to see inside of the car which usually people would offer to the guests without asking. It was not until we said that we were Part of the Audi family with a Q5 and already Q7 that he said to be interested in helping us. Again the process was very time consuming and there was a lot of standing around waiting for him. He did not have very much knowledge of the vehicle(s) and told us things that were not actually true about the Vehicle. We asked about the price but he didn’t want to tell us unless we were serious about getting the car. We dealt with other dealership before and we always had great experience. More
