Additionally, Marco took the time to make sure we fully understood how the car worked before we done of the lot. The finance person that handled the paperwork almost blew her deal however. Her attitude, lack of detail or concern was infuriating. It is stunning that a quality brand like Audi doesn't train they're entire team on the value of quality customer experiences. More
