I'll give a few quick examples: 1. longer wait time for pretty much everything from finance service to accessary orders 2. under-maintained lounge compared to similar luxury brands 3. missing carpets/mats in a newly purchased car reflecting compromised quality control process in car purchasing experience 4. technician/assistant unfamiliar with car features during feature walkthrough. It almost felt like I was giving a walkthrough to the dealer staff... More
