Throughout the process of looking for vehicles and financing, I did not receive much information or assistance from anywhere in the industry to help guide me through the decisions I was going to be making. It was a bit discouraging to say the least. I liked Audi as a vehicle, and The Stevens Creek Audi dealership provided a professional and informed customer experience, different from anywhere else I had been. Overall, my experiences with Audi SC, Hamid, Frank, and Rachel were excellent. More

Poor Condition CPO Car sold I bought a CPO car at Audi Stevens Creek .After a week , i went to them since I felt like something was wrong with the tires or alignment but wasn't s I bought a CPO car at Audi Stevens Creek .After a week , i went to them since I felt like something was wrong with the tires or alignment but wasn't sure. They set me up with service appointment and the technician said its all good and there were no issues and its in perfect condition( probably since they would have to pay for it if they found any issues right after they sold it to me). Few months later when i go in for regular service, they are saying tires are below recommended tread depth and that i need new tires and alignment. They sold me the CPO in this condition and are making me pay for it. Very sad and disappointed. I drove barely 3 k-4k miles after buying the car and they are quoting me 900$ for the tires which were basically in the same condition when I bought from them. I would never buy or recommend buying another CPO car from Audi Stevens Creek. More
