Great customer service—pleased with my purchase Great customer service with both Tyler and Wayne. I test drove a car and went home to think the purchase over. Later that night I was able to text Tyler and make an offer. The next day I sent him my info to get the purchase terms worked out. This enabled us to go the the dealership after work, sign paperwork and drive my new car home in a sensible amount of time (quicker than past experiences!) Tyler is friendly, approachable and professional. Wayne was thorough and informative. We’d work with these two again! More

Saw the same model on the Audi dealership on Stevens Creek and stopped by to test dr I was interested in purchasing a used Audi. Drove one at Carmax . I worked with Martiua and she showed me and my son what other models were of equal or superior value. We eventually picked out a car that we had built on line. Beautiful car.
