Wonderful Buying experience I was Perusing the new car lot when Jon Cornelius greeted me. With his help, I found the perfect A7. He couldn't sell it to me because it had a safety recall and need to be repaired before it could be sold. The repair process was very slow, but Jon stayed in touch and provided me with all of the information he had, when he received it. Though the repair process was very slow, stretching out several months, when the PODS problem was finally repaired, Jon called immediately. We then completed the sale in a very short time. Jon had all of the documents ready, and, the car was expertly cleaned and ready for delivery. My overall experience was very positive, all because of Jon's professionalism and preparation. I highly recommend Jon to anybody looking for a new Audi. Thank you Jon! More

Clear case of cheating and fraud . They quoted me $2900 for a repair. I checked with a different Audi dealership and they told me that part is still under warranty and I should pay no . They quoted me $2900 for a repair. I checked with a different Audi dealership and they told me that part is still under warranty and I should pay not a single dollar . I called Audi Stevens Creek again and told them that the part should be covered under warranty. Guess what they said yes its covered and we are sorry for our earlier mistake. A sorry??? I have paid so much money to them for servicing and other issue in the past and I think they have cheated me back then as well. Thank God I checked at the other place. Never trust these guys.
