Wonderful buying experience I initially inquired about the Q5 online via the Audi Stevens Creek website and a lady (name started with M) contacted me via phone about 5 minutes af I initially inquired about the Q5 online via the Audi Stevens Creek website and a lady (name started with M) contacted me via phone about 5 minutes after my inquiry to schedule an appointment. That rapid response was impressive. I then exchanged emails/phone calls with Andrei Smith and Tenzin Sopa. Neither of these guys were pushy and that was refreshing. Eventually, I came onsite and met with Tenzin. He listened intently to everything I was looking for in the Q5 (features, drive train, price, color etc.) basically I asked for a lot and he remarkably, he got me what I wanted because this Audi has a good selection of inventory. I did not make up my mind immediately because I also really liked another comparable vehicle so I left to do more research on the Q5. Throughout my research, Tenzin was always responsive via IM to answer my many, many questions. He listened, asked me questions, and really earned my business. I also had a good experience on my test drive with Eric, courtesy ride with Marco, post purchase tutorial with Casey, and executing my financial documents with Wayne. Everyone I encountered provided great customer service. I highly recommended this dealership. More

She tests drive the car with me and was able to explain how to operate few functions such as the sun roof. Snacks were offered to my kids and the BBQ was also great.
