Very Professional, Friendly and What I Expect from Audi Staff gathered information about what I wanted allowing me to look at options, A5 loaner and 2018 A4 Quattro, which I had driven as a loaner car, and Staff gathered information about what I wanted allowing me to look at options, A5 loaner and 2018 A4 Quattro, which I had driven as a loaner car, and fell in love with. This is a way to introduce customers to new models, but I expect that was the strategy. A week later I totaled my beloved 2012 A4 SLine Sedan. I was forced into buying a new or CPO car or loaner. I am Audi for life, this is my third. Ultimately, a lease special with a 2018 A4 Quattro made the most sense for me. I added on different products. I love my new car. I have the virtual cockpit and love it. I hope this helps. More
