He has a very low-key, no-pressure style. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. He was willing to discuss the pros and cons of the Q5 vs the other cars in the market segment that we were considering. We had just test driven the Lexus RX350 and nearly set to buy that car, we so discussed the Q5 vs RX350 in detail, and I felt that he gave us very intellectually honest input. Ultimately, we decided to get the Q5. Throughout the buying process, he remained very accessible via phone, text, and email. We were able to locate the car that we wanted. There was a small hiccup in the getting the actual car that we wanted, but Emane was able to make it right with us. We really enjoyed working with him and will go to him again for our next Audi. Wayne Wallace with the finance person we worked with, and he was a pleasure too. Very friendly. No pressure. Comes across as a very nice person. Overall, we had a much more pleasant experience than we were expecting! More
