I bought a certified preowned Audi from this dealership, and within a few days discovered rodent damage in the engine bay that pre-dated my purchase and that had not been disclosed by the dealership.The dea and within a few days discovered rodent damage in the engine bay that pre-dated my purchase and that had not been disclosed by the dealership.The dealership has not responded to any of my emails or phone messages about this. The sales transaction was too long (5 hours +) due to contradictory information provided by sales staff and finance about the car's history, and lack of required equipment/materials in the car. Having purchased three Audis at three different Audi dealerships in the last seven years, this was my worst Audi purchase experience to date. This dealership gets no stars from me, and I cannot recommend it to anyone else. More

First visit was great when came for test drive. Second visit could be better if the Sales people has more knowledge about the vehicle like mileage, HOV lane access, etc., The information they provided wit visit could be better if the Sales people has more knowledge about the vehicle like mileage, HOV lane access, etc., The information they provided with so confident doesn’t become true when you actually drive the vehicle. They said the mileage is will be at least 350+ miles with a full charge and full tank, but mine gave only 303! And one of them promised a thermos from Audi to me and my niece since I am a returning customer but we got nothing! He wasn’t even there when I came to sign the contract. And I would also expected someone walk through the car and it’s features but the other sales person gave me the keys and done. The sales people doesn’t really respond quite well. I am not sure if it’s with everyone or because I am not white. More
