I'm a long time Audi customer currently driving my 3rd A6 (2019 model). The service is normally excellent and for the most part, this time (my 30K service) was no exception. Concepcion was my service adviso (2019 model). The service is normally excellent and for the most part, this time (my 30K service) was no exception. Concepcion was my service advisor and did an excellent job. She was prompt, helpful, and when we discoved a warranty repair was needed and would take longer for parts to arrive, she arranged to have the car put back together so I could pick it up for the weekend. She also went above and beyond to arrange for valet service for the second service when the parts came in. A loaner vehicle was dropped of at my home on Monday and my vehicle was delivered back to me at my office on Tuesday. Fantastic! There were only two issues--- Concepcion was not able to get the service techs to fill out the multi-point check sheet which makes it easy to track tire and brake wear. This has alwasy been a nice professional touch, but seems to be wanting. Also, the car came back to me with waterspots all over it (even thought it didn't rain Tuesday) instead of the usual spotless wash. That was below the usual service level. More
