Sara Zhang was rude, cold, and ruined the new car experience. She place our 10+ pages of paperwork in a brown envelope instead of an Audi Folder. $80k vehicle and we get a brown envelope and terrible experience. She kept telling us in a threatening tone that we would have an early termination fee when everyone else said that would not be the case for the Audi A4 we were leaving at the dealership. This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Steven’s Creek Audi because of our great previous experience even though we live in Dublin and could easily go to Livermore Audi. I would not recommend anyone to go to Steven’s Creek Audi with Sara handling the finance part of the process. More
