It was a nice experience to get my first Audi with the help of Mark and Rachel. Mark is patient for any questions I asked even some of them may be stupid. Good, although sales folks seem distracted by multiple clients at once. Sal, Alfred and Joe were all great, very professional and sharp. Folks at the finance were not pleasant though.
